Step 1Upload and Extract Invoices
Once you log into your dashboard, simply upload your invoice document. Our system will automatically extract key details like the client's name, total amount due, and the original due date to populate your database. Please note that because invoice formats vary greatly, user verification of the extracted data is strictly required to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
Step 2Smart Scheduling & Customizable Templates
The system organizes a structured sequence of follow-ups for you: an Upcoming Notice (before the due date), followed by a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Reminder. For each stage, the email content is automatically drafted based on the current status, though you can easily edit the text to match your tone. You can also choose your preferred tracking method: "Auto-send" for completely hands-off dispatch, or "Require Approval" if you want to review the message before it goes out.
Step 3Flexible Dispatch & 1-Click Approval
We believe you should always be in control. If you selected "Require Approval," RemindNudge will send a secure request to your inbox when it's time to follow up. You can review the draft and dispatch it instantly with a single click of the "Approve & Send Now" button—no need to log back into the dashboard. If you opted for "Auto-send," the system will simply send you a heads-up notification email one day before the reminder is automatically dispatched to your client.
